KXVO “Pumpkin Dance”

Susan Quesal is right. I don’t care how old this is, it’s a holiday classic, like Charlie Brown’s the Great Pumpkin. Make it part of your tradition.

T-Pain: NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert

Wow, T-Pain performs at the NPR offices (“Weird as hell” in his own words) and sings WITHOUT AUTOTUNE. And his songs about watching a booty go up and down a pole for days actually sound beautiful!

Rock On! How to Throw a Punk Rock-Inspired Party

I don’t know how to feel, but at the moment I’m leaning towards appreciating the sheer level of trolling involved in Martha Stewart Living’s “punk” children’s party suggestions. Or maybe this is just awful. I don’t even know anymore.

“Have fun in punk-ifying your crafts! … decorate a “punk-in” with nails, studs, and safety pins! … Just remember to keep a grown-up nearby … The classic track “London Calling” by The Clash is great for welcoming guests in the doo … A full-on “nosh pit” is just what this punk party calls for. Offer a plate of Spinach Ricotta Skulls (a classically punk motif) … “
